Roberto co-founded INFOMEDIA in 2005, in which he is a managing partner. He also founded Starkelabs. He is a political and public opinion polls analyst, consultant in communication strategy for businesses and political campaigns. He also provides communications advice to public officials and candidates for political office in presidential, provincial and legislative elections.
He is a teacher for graduate and postgraduate degrees in Argentina and Spain. He is a Consultant member of la Asociación Latinoamericana de Consultores Políticos (ALACOP), as well as el Consejo Argentino para las Relaciones Internacionales (CARI) and board member of el Centro de Estudios para Políticas Públicas Aplicadas (CEPPA).
He was the manager of institutional affairs at Shell, and in 1992 took over as executive director of Nueva Comunicación S.A.and Mansilla Delich y Asoc.
He has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from la Universidad del Salvador, and two Masters degrees in Political Sociology from la Universidad Católica Argentina and International Politics from Georgetown University.

Miguel Angel Martínez

In 2005, Miguel co-founded INFOMEDIA where he is a managing partner. Besides this, he is also a founding partner and Executive Director of Frasmyl, a communications and government affairs consultancy, in Uruguay.
He is a consultant in strategic communication and is an expert in lobbying, as well as press relations and crisis management. He works for leading companies in a wide variety of sectors: Mining, Food, Real Estate, Financial Services, Agro-Industry, Health and Medicine, Education, Energy, Industrial Chambers, Security and the Cellulose Industry, being the most recent.
He taught the MBA course ‘Media Relations and Crisis Management’ at la Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He also founded and directed the newspaper La Ciudad (Tucumán) and, between 1990 and 2004, directed the communications office at the Opus Dei Prelature for the Southern Cone.
He is also an attorney, having graduated from the Faculty of Law from la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), and holds a Masters degree in Institutional Communication from la Universitá della Santa Croce, in Rome.
